SARMENTO RANCH – PARCEL D

The owners of this Ranch have worked with the Ag Land Trust on a number of easements thereby protecting this invaluable agricultural land and shielding it from incompatible pressures.  The Ranch is being farmed with vines and row crops.  It lies in the Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation northwest of the city of Soledad with the Salinas River to its east.  It is surrounded by farming operations.
