RIO FARMS – JOHNSON RANCH

This farm has been in agricultural use for generations and the agricultural conservation easement, funded by the California Farmland Conservancy Program, ensures this use will continue forever.

Eddie SILVA RANCH

This donated conservation easement protects rangeland in the Arroyo Seco east of the City of Greenfield.

STONEY RANCH

Located in the Gabilan mountains, approximately five miles southwest of San Juan Batista in San Benito County is the Stoney Ranch.  For generations, it has been used for cattle grazing. The Owners donated the conservation easement to the Ag Land Trust.

BIANCHI UPPER BENCH RANCH

The Ag Land Trust has partnered with these owners on a number of ranches in the Soledad area in the southern portion of the Salinas Valley in the Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation. This irrigated farmland is planted with vegetable row crop.

SARMENTO FAIR OAKS RANCH

The Ag Land Trust has partnered with this family partnership on a number of easements near the city of Soledad.  The Old Oak Ranch is planted in vineyard and vegetable row crop.
