The Ag Land Trust worked with the owners of this prime agricultural land, located north of King City, for the purposes of protecting and preserving it in perpetuity for the public benefit.

The Owners of this farm located just north of King City have worked with the Ag Land Trust to ensure that it forever be kept in agricultural production to the benefit of the public.

This farm has been in agricultural use for generations and the agricultural conservation easement, funded by the California Farmland Conservancy Program, ensures this use will continue forever.

Located in the Gabilan mountains, approximately five miles southwest of San Juan Batista in San Benito County is the Stoney Ranch.  For generations, it has been used for cattle grazing. The Owners donated the conservation easement to the Ag Land Trust.
