Bianchi Ranch - Parcel C

The Ag Land Trust has partnered with this Ranch's Owners on a number of Agricultural Conservation Easements including this one located in the Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation northwest of the City of Soledad.  It consists primarily of vineyard and row crops.  Approximately 130-acres of the ranch are riparian habitats.
