Chalone Vineyard

"Monterey's first winery" is adjacent to Pinnacles National Park in the Gabilan Mountains and produces a number of varietals including Pinot Noir, Syrah and Chardonnay.  The conservation easement was donated.  The vineyard protects agricultural values of the property forever.
