Fanoe Ranch

Comprised of irreplaceable prime irrigated farmland, the Fanoe Ranch is located less than 1/3-mile north of the city limits of Gonzales.  By working with the Ag Land Trust and the California Department of Conservation, the Ranch's land will be protected in perpetuity from development and remain in agricultural production.
