Mainini Ranch II

This ranch is divided into three individual easements to allow future generations to finance and build separate family home sites.  Totaling over 1,300-acres, the ranches are used primarily for rangeland with some acres in planted vineyards.  The three ranches abut Camp Roberts on its northeastern side.  The Ag Land Trust secured the development rights to these ranches primarily through the Department of Defense's Army Compatible Use Buffer program.  As such they will remain in agriculture use.
