Mainini Ranch III

This ranch is divided into three individual easements to allow future generations to finance and build separate family home sites.  Totaling over 1,300-acres and abutting Camp Roberts on its northeastern side, the ranches are used primarily for rangeland with some acres in planted vineyards.  The ranches abut Camp Roberts on its northeastern side.  The Ag Land Trust secured the development rights primarily through the Department of Defense's Army Compatible Use Buffer program.  As such, they will remain in agriculture use.
