This ranch lies adjacent to the community of Castroville and California Highway 156.  Ag Land Trust and the California Department of Conservation are working to finalize their efforts to place a conservation easement on this ranch which is comprised of prime irrigated farmland with an added benefit of providing open space views for the traveling public to enjoy.
