Violini - Ichikawa Ranch

The Owners partnered with the Ag Land Trust and the California Department of Conservation on three conservation easements over an eight year period.  All the ranches are approximately one mile from one another and close to the city of Gonzales.  They are prime irrigated row crop ranches which for the past several decades have been used for the production of fresh vegetable crops.
