Greenfield Southend Buffers

In collaboration with the various property owners, the City of Greenfield, the County of Monterey and the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO), the Ag Land Trust fashioned agricultural buffer easements adjacent to the city of Greenfield.  Agricultural buffers can be invaluable to redirect city growth away from prime, irreplaceable farmland.
